Eligibility
Designed for senior citizens and low income home owners in the following cities: Salt Lake, Murray, Midvale, Holladay, Cottonwood Heights, Sandy, Taylorsville, West Jordan, South Jordan*, Herriman, Riverton, and Draper. Household income must be less than 80% of the area median income.
*South Jordan funding can be less consistent and available.

Program offers repair services to qualified households for life safety or critical/emergency home repair problems. Repairs include plumbing, heating, electrical hazards, roofing, broken windows or doors, and pest control. Repairs and modifications are permanent. Cannot assist with structural repairs, painting, cooling systems, equipment such as temporary ramps, landscaping, or water damage.
