1) Less than 50 employees in Utah; 2) One or more employees has received notice that they must quarantine or isolate due to positive COVID-19 test or exposure to someone who has tested positive; 3) Continued to pay regular wages to employee(s) while they were in quarantine/isolation.

COVID-19 Update: The Small Business Quarantined Employee Grant program provides reimbursement to small businesses with less than 50 employees that maintain salaries for employees required to quarantine or isolate due to COVID-19. Grants distributed to qualified applicants on a first-come-first-served basis until the funds are fully disbursed.
