Provides an affordable car seat program to help qualifying families access new, safe car seats for their children. To qualify, attendance at a car seat education class is required. After attending a class, eligible participants can schedule a car seat safety check or an appointment to purchase a car seat through the affordable car seat program, based on need and seat availability.

Services provided include immunizations, breast examinations, pap tests, skin screening, chronic disease self management, childbirth education, birth control, food handling permits, marriage licenses, environmental hazards information, senior companion program, sexually transmitted disease screening, foster grandparent program, prenatal care, smoking/vaping cessation, WIC, general physical examinations, death certificates, prenatal/postnatal home visitation programs, tuberculosis testing, birth certificates, international travel advisories, child passenger safety seat inspections, and pregnancy testing.
