Child birth to 3 years of age and be determined to have a developmental delay in one qualifying area or by medical diagnosis. Family must live within Granite, Murray, Salt Lake City, Tooele County or Duchesne County School Districts.

Learning Link Parenting Classes offered monthly to enhance the awareness of child development and parenting techniques for infants and toddlers in the community. Child care is available during some classes.
