Eligibility

Must have served at least 1 day of active duty and have a discharge other than dishonorable. Serves eligible veterans regardless of criminal background and/or credit issues. Clients typically have a referral from a homeless shelter or the VA.

Provides supportive services with transitional housing for veterans who are homeless. Participants in transitional housing are expected to stay clean and sober while they are in the program and they attend groups and individual sessions to learn new coping/life skills and recovery support. All transitional housing units are in Ogden, Utah, but clients can come from other areas.

Services include case management, homelessness prevention programs, rapid re-housing, permanent supportive housing, and transitional housing for veterans who are homeless or imminently at risk of being homeless.
