Pregnant women, breastfeeding women, who have recently ended pregnancy (including those within six months of miscarriage), infants, and children under 5. Must be a Summit County resident (U.S. citizenship is not required) Meet income guidelines (refer to the website) Must have a nutritional or medical risk, as determined during the initial appointment.
