Eligibility

Individuals with qualifying disabilities in one of the three areas listed: intellectual disabilities or related conditions, Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), or physical disabilities. Also, must be a resident of Utah and a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident.

Support services include housekeeping assistance, home barrier evaluation and removal, adult in home respite care, semi-independent living residences for adults with disabilities, independent living skills instruction, and supported living services for adults with disabilities.
