Eligibility
Families with a child that was diagnosed with cancer before their 18th birthday. If child has a brain tumor, the tumor must be high grade (3 or 4) to be eligible. The child must be a citizen of the US or reside in the US with a green card for more than 12 months without prior history of the current illness. Parents must have less than $5,000 in liquid assets. Child must have been inpatient for 30 consecutive days in the past 90 days. A letter documenting the child's stay from the social worker will also be needed.
