.Loans assistive equipment to those with a temporary need, such as a person needing equipment while waiting for funding to purchase their own or a person needing a temporary wheelchair while their own is repaired. Equipment can be loaned out for 3 months with the option to renew the loan if required. Borrowers assume responsibility for the upkeep of all loan equipment. Equipment available includes wheelchairs, scooters, shower benches, walkers, crutches, commodes, bedside tables, canes, toilet seat risers, and shower seats.

Provides advocacy, independent living skills instruction for people of all ages, a nursing home transition financing program, specialized information and referral, assistive technology equipment loans, life skills education for youth, general recreational activities/sports, and peer counseling.
