Hands-on coaching by highly trained in-home educators. Parents have weekly meetings, over the course of four months to prevent and alleviate the risks of child abuse and neglect, strengthen the family unit, and increase life skills. New parenting skills are taught, discussed, and home practice exercises are assigned.

Provides crisis nurseries/childcare, home based parenting education, parenting skills classes, children's out of home respite care, and provides specialized information and referral.
