Eligibility

A person must have a physical or mental disability which impairs activities of daily living and a reasonable expectation must exist that UILC's services will increase independence. Utility payment assistance is available only to those with disabilities who meet stringent and specific eligibilities, and must be COVID-19 related and verifiable.

Hours

M - F 8 am - 4 pm closed between 12 noon to 1 pm COVID-19 UPDATE: Phones will be answered M - F 8 am - 4 pm, including the lunch hour.

Provides advocacy, assistive technology equipment loan, medical equipment and supplies, developmental disabilities social and recreational programs, youth job development, nursing home transition financing programs, specialized information and referral, and public awareness education. Serving Salt Lake, Summit, and Tooele Counties.
