Eligibility

A person must have a physical or mental disability which impairs activities of daily living and a reasonable expectation must exist that UILC's services will increase independence. Utility payment assistance is available only to those with disabilities who meet stringent and specific eligibilities, and must be COVID-19 related and verifiable.

M - F 8 am - 4 pm closed between 12 noon to 1 pm COVID-19 UPDATE: Phones will be answered M - F 8 am - 4 pm, including the lunch hour.
