Temporary, safe, and supportive homes for children and youth who cannot live with their biological families. Structured living arrangement where youth are placed with specially trained foster families who offer individualized support, often for older youth or those with higher behavioral or emotional needs. Provide youth assistance in transitioning from foster care to adult living through skill development and resources needed to live independently as adults.
