"Quality Youth Services holds contracts to bill foster care Medicaid for youth in the custody of the State of Utah or nonMedicaid services with permission of a case worker or probation officer. QYS can provide the following Child Placing services: Transition to Adult Living placement for Teens 16-21 Proctor placement for Teens 12-21 QYS can provide the following Outpatient Mental Health Services through our DHHS contracts: Mental Health Assessment (MHA) with or without the ASAM Sexual Behavior Risk Assessments (SBRA) Individual, family and group therapy Psycho-social-rehabilitative (PRS) sessions One-on-one Mentoring and Case Management NOJOS Therapy Levels 1-4 Comprehensive DBT Program (1 Weekly DBT Individual therapy and 1 weekly DBT Skills Group for a six month commitment)"
