American Kidney Fund
A 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization that works to ensure that every patient with kidney disease has access to health care, and every person at risk for kidney disease is empowered to prevent it. Services offered are disease/disability information, medical care expense assistance, day camps, and advocacy.
