Eligibility
Client must have proof of address to apply. A household cannot earn more than 50% of the area's median income, as published by HUD. Clients must pay at least 30% of their gross adjusted income, but no more than 40% of their gross adjusted income, towards rent. Contract rent for the housing unit must be reasonable. The desired housing unit must pass a housing inspection. Current wait list time is 8-18 months.
