Accepts Medicaid, Medicare, and private insurance. Those without insurance may meet with a counselor to determine payment options. Priority is given to those on Medicaid, limited spots available for those with private insurance or Medicare.

Sanpete County, UT
Provides mental health evaluation and treatment including assessments, counseling, and psychiatry services. Intake takes about 2 hours. Children must be accompanied by a legal guardian. The center may help with the cost of travel to mental health appointments for those patients with a Traditional Medicaid card. The center will pick up children from school and take to the center for their therapy appointment, and then take children home.
