$50 fee includes two certified copies.

The county clerk's office issues marriage licenses to Salt Lake County residents. Licenses may be used immediately and must be used within 32 days after purchase. Refunds and extensions are not granted. Marriage licenses purchased in Salt Lake County may be used in any county within the State of Utah.
