Application process
Call for intake. Will match with a therapist and send an email with a link to the patient portal to complete an initial questionnaire and consent form.
Fees
Primarily private pay, will bill Medicaid, and also willing to provide a super bill used to submit to insurance to seek reimbursement. Self pay rates range from $100-125. Ecclesiastical leader pay also accepted.
