Basic needs assistance managers and navigators work with individuals or families in need to refer to services within the organization and in the community. Certified case managers provide holistic needs assessments, service plans, ongoing support, and financial planning.

Meets the immediate and basic needs of those who are in need, provides general counseling, marriage counseling, case management, as well as a food pantry and thrift shop. Household donations are accepted, and related volunteer opportunities are available, including court ordered community service.
