A Salt Lake County library card is needed to access some of the financial literacy resources. The Numeracy and Financial Literacy Instruction designed for delivery to Refugee and New Immigrant populations via ESL classes does not require a library card.

Services offered include after school meal programs (select locations only), a public internet access site, children's library service, and an extreme heat cooling program. Locations also offer court ordered community service and public meeting spaces.
