Those who wish to volunteer with youth, seniors, and families must participate in a scheduled orientation, and pass a background check. Volunteers must comply with all city policies regarding volunteer interaction. One-time volunteers, individuals, or groups volunteering in activities that do not have interactions with youth, are not required to do a background check.
