Provides The National Diabetes Prevention Program to help lower the risk of Type 2 Diabetes in higher-risk individuals. Program participants learn to make better food choices and increase physical activity. The goal is to lose 5 - 7 % of the participant's body weight and get 150 minutes of physical activity each week.
