Provides early intervention for youth who are at risk of, or have experienced psychosis. Services following intervention include case management, medication management, therapy, and support. Provides mobile outreach services to anywhere within the county.

Offers Utah's Amplified Mentoring Program to teach youth life skills and foster self-sufficiency. Includes evidence-based program models for prevention including Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), and also provides a Homeless Outreach Program.
