Provides a series of courses and activities for Autistic adults focused on strengthening self-advocacy, self-determination, and social communication skills needed for adult life. Applicants do not need to be UVU students. Topics include social and relationship skills, anxiety and stress management, becoming socially engaged, and mental well-being.
