Eligibility

Limited to Utah County residents only. Individuals covered by Medicaid, pregnant women, and IV drug abusers have priority for available treatment openings. Screenings take about two hours to complete. Assessments will determine the needed level of treatment. Treatment can begin within the week after the assessment.

Application process

Must have a valid ID. Screenings are available on a walk in, first come first served basis. Individuals should consider arriving as early as possible to secure a spot. Once maximum capacity is reached, others cannot be served at that time.

Fees

Sliding scale fee is available. Medicaid will cover the screening if the individual has Medicaid.

Treatment programs include House of Hope, Promise of Women and Families, Foothill Outpatient Treatment, Foothill Inpatient Treatment, DORA and other treatment options. The screening will determine what program the individual will participate in.

Services provided include immunizations, breast examinations, pap tests, skin screening, chronic disease self management, childbirth education, birth control, food handling permits, marriage licenses, environmental hazards information, senior companion program, sexually transmitted disease screening, foster grandparent program, prenatal care, smoking/vaping cessation, WIC, general physical examinations, death certificates, prenatal/postnatal home visitation programs, tuberculosis testing, birth certificates, international travel advisories, child passenger safety seat inspections, and pregnancy testing.
