Application process

Call or submit online inquiry for information or to set an appointment. After a detailed psychological evaluation and substance abuse assessment have been completed, a multi-faceted treatment plan will be discussed.

Vary; most insurance providers are accepted including Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, Optum GEHA, and MultiPlan. Insurance specialists will verify benefits and treatment pre-authorization.
