Children 0 - 18 and their families that reside in Weber, Morgan, or Davis county. Children are not permitted at the pickup site.

Application process

Fill out registration form on the website. Applications open Nov. 1st and end Dec. 1st. The location and time for pick-up will be sent out after the application is reviewed.
