Eligibility
Children birth to three years of age residing in the Nebo School District boundaries who meet or exceed the definition of developmental delays in one or more of the following areas: physical development, vision and hearing, feeding and dressing skills, social and emotional development, communication and language, and learning, problem solving and play skills.

Serves children from birth to age three within the Nebo School District boundaries. Kids Who Count is part of the Utah Department of Health and Human Services Baby Watch Early Intervention Program. Offers developmental assessments, including eye and hearing screenings, to determine eligibility for services. Also offers a support group for parents of children with special needs, as well as physical, speech, and pediatric occupational therapy.
