Eligibility

18 years of age or older, history of substance abuse that is compulsive and dysfunctional, exhibit a motivation to change and function in a community based setting.

Application process

Call for an initial screening. Walk ins are welcome but wait times may be longer without a scheduled appointment.

Fees

Fees are set on a sliding scale and funding assistance may be available. A "Self Pay" option is also available. Accepts Medicaid and other private insurance. Call for more information.
