Eligibility

Children ages 6 weeks to 36 months old. Must be enrolled in both Early Head Start and partner site. Priority given to those receiving child care subsidy, children with special needs, foster children, and homeless families.

Offers vocational education, a weatherization program, limited rent payment assistance and rental deposit assistance, landlord/tenant dispute resolution services, tenant readiness education programs, and a homeless diversion/service hotline helping unhoused clients access services including shelter beds.
