Legal matter must be family law related. Domestic Relations full representation clients must be within 200% or below the Poverty Guidelines; sexual assault/domestic violence may qualify if they are within 300%.

Case must be able to be filed in Salt Lake County and client must be a citizen or in the country legally. Generally, in order to file a new case in Salt Lake County, at least one of the people involved in the case must live in Salt Lake County.
