Only families can participate in the program. A family is defined as at least 1 parent and 1 dependent child under 18. A background check is required. No violent or sexualoffenses are allowed, especially against children.

One-of-a-kind, non-congregate, short-term, family shelter and transitional housing that uses resources provided by local churches. Families must apply to the emergency shelter program. Upon acceptance, each family is assigned a case manager, set goals, and enrolled in budgeting and life skills classes. Upon successful completion of the emergency shelter program, families have the opportunity to enroll in the transitional housing program. Pets are not allowed.
