Application process

All new volunteers are required to attend the Refugee Resettlement Orientation/Training Class to learn more about refugees, the process of their journey and services received through CCS. Please check website for next scheduled orientation. For more information, call or email.

Meet with unaccompanied refugee youth in foster care to assist with homework and encourage students to take control of their academic life while improving personal, social and cultural skills. Tutors help their clients to build positive relationships and provide students with a committed role model. Tutors help students with cultural adjustment, social skills, confidence and schoolwork.
