The program provides skills training to enhance the independence of adults with disabilities in their homes, families, and communities. Classes offered include cooking, assertiveness, relationships, financial management, adjustment to disability, and other consumer needs.

Utah Independent Living Center
A nonprofit, non-residential agency that assists persons with disabilities to achieve greater independence by providing services and activities that enhance independent living skills. Provides advocacy, independent living skills instruction for people of all ages, a nursing home transition financing program, specialized information and referral, assistive technology equipment loans, life skills education for youth, general recreational activities/sports, and peer counseling.
