Eligibility

Family must be facing eviction because of past due payments that resulted from a crisis beyond their control. Must have a dependent child, or a woman pregnant in her third trimester in household and demonstrate the ability to make future payments. The household must meet income and asset requirements and have exhausted all other resources.
