CROWN Homes (CRedit to OWn) Qualified individuals may lease a home at an affordable rent while earning credits to purchase the home. Program also contains an affordable apartment complex serving families of moderate income.

An extension of city and county governments in Box Elder, Cache, and Rich Counties that provides regional planning and development and a wide array of services for low-income households, seniors, and people with disabilities. Services provided include include home rehabilitation grants, indigent transportation, a weatherization program, rent payment assistance, and utility payment assistance.
