The Optimal Aging Program is a specialized day treatment program designed for adults aged 50 years and older who need extra mental health support. This program helps seniors build healthy habits and learn how to adapt to changes that come with aging.

A comprehensive mental health institute that incorporates an adult psychiatric hospital, a children's/adolescent psychiatric hospital, and substance use disorder treatment services. The institute offers general counseling services, detoxification, substance use disorder counseling, comprehensive outpatient substance use disorder treatment, psychiatric emergency room care, a suicide prevention hotline, general crisis intervention hotline, a warm line, a mental health crisis line, and in person crisis intervention. It serves all of Utah and parts of the Intermountain West.
