The Fair Housing Program serves people with disabilities experiencing housing discrimination from a landlord, realtor, or other housing provider.

Providing organization

Disability Law Center
A legal organization designated by Utah's Governor as the state's Protection and Advocacy (P&A) agency. Works to enforce and advance the legal rights, opportunities, and choices of Utahns with disabilities. Programs offered include legal information services, housing discrimination assistance, legal representation, protection and advocacy for individuals with disabilities, mediation, employment discrimination assistance, education discrimination assistance, and assistive technology information. As a disability rights group advocates on behalf of people with disabilities at the state and federal levels.
