Provides after school and out of school care. Provides guidance and recreation with emphasis on youth development for youth ages Pre K to 12th grade. Provides after school transportation from Nibley Elementary, Uintah Elementary, Dillworth Elementary, Emerson Elementary, Whitter Elementary, Highland Park Elementary, Clayton Middle, and Highland High School.
