Baby should be dropped off at any hospital that is open 24 hours a day. Infant should be left with hospital worker wearing proper identification.

Utah law allows birth parents to anonymously give up custody of their newborn child without facing any legal consequences. Any Utah hospital is designated as Safe Haven for newborns to be dropped off safely. DCFS then places the child for adoption.
