The Juvenile Receiving Center (JRC) provides walk-in crisis counseling case management services and referrals to community agencies for youth in crisis and their families. Youth may come to the facility independently or parents may bring youth in for individual or family crisis counseling.

Services provided include parenting skills classes, runaway/homeless youth helpline, substance use disorder counseling, youth enrichment programs, transitional housing/shelter, adolescent/youth counseling, and an after hours crisis drop in center (Juvenile Receiving Center).
