Migrant and Seasonal Early Head Start: Pregnant mothers, and children from 6 weeks to 5 years old, specifically serves low-income families working in agriculture. Migrant Early Head Start Child Care Partnership: Children 6 weeks to 5 years whose low-income families work in agriculture. Combines early head start with childcare providers. Region VIII Early Head Start Child Care Partnership: Serves low-income children 6 weeks to 3 years and combines early head start with childcare providers.
