Assists people with disabilities in learning skills and accessing available services to be able to live an independent, full life. Classes include food preparation, low vision training, living with hearing loss, computer education, First Aid, CPR, legislative advocacy, setting up personal budget plans, shopping affordably, vacation planning, and additional subject as requested. Young adults with disabilities transitioning from high school to the adult work world can attend classes about the workplace and personal life skills.

Provides home barrier evaluation/removal services, advocacy, aging and disability resources, assistive technology equipment loans, medical equipment and supplies, independent living skills instruction, disability related sports, disability rights groups, specialized information and referral, and court ordered community service opportunities.
