Provides temporary cash assistance to families with children. While in the program individuals will work toward attaining economic self-sufficiency through job preparation and job search. Program can provide up to 36 months of financial support to a family within a lifetime.

These services include CHIP programs, EBT Card Services, Food Stamps/SNAP Applications, general relief applications, Medicaid applications, TANF applications, and non-Emergency medical transportation. Also offers different expense/payment assistance that include burial/cremation, Childcare, mortgage, rent, refugee/entrant cash assistance, and utility service payments.
