Eligibility
The family must consist of at least one adult and a child under 18. The maximum family size is 4 (maximum of 5 if the youngest child is under 1). No sex offenses against children ever or an adult 10 or fewer years ago are allowed. Offenses will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Services may include a safe, warm place to sleep, housing navigation, employment services, life skills development, meals, medical care (through The Fourth Street Clinic or mobile health clinics), assistance with paying for government-issued identification, personal storage, counseling, and connections to long-term community support.
