Provides a full range of physical fitness activities for seniors. Activities include Yoga, Tai Chi, EnhanceFitness® and Zumba group classes. It also offers a workout room with Keiser equipment, SciFit treadmills, and Nustep recumbent bikes., access to balance pads, yoga mats, exercise steps, and hand and wrist weights. Outdoor activities include exercise equipment and two outdoor pickleball courts.
