Provides a child education program for parents of children up to age 3 including two home visits per month which include training on how parents can teach their own children as well as other services such as hearing and vision screenings, detection of developmental delays, and developmental assessments. The program is currently at capacity and operating off of a waiting list.

Provides a range of services to promote the health and well-being of vulnerable populations in Salt Lake, Summit, Wasatch, Tooele and Box Elder Counties. Services offered include case/care management, community based preschools, comprehensive immigration/naturalization services, crime victim support, family support centers/outreach, parent counseling, prenatal/postnatal care, and certificates/forms assistance, certified doulas, general counseling services.
