Eligibility
Based on criteria established by the Division of Services for People with Disabilities (DSPD). TURN serves people age 6 - 21 referred to and funded by DSPD. Families/clients who wish to privately pay for support services may contact the office for more information.

Call for information and registration.
Fees
Varies by support services needed. Transportation by TURN $77 a day, own transportation is $66 a day. Additional respite billed in 15-minute increments and available from 8 am - 9 am and 3 pm - 5 pm. No scholarships or sliding scale. Fees are based on DSP
