Eligibility
Pregnant, breastfeeding, and non-breastfeeding postpartum women, as well as infants and children up to age 5 who meet income requirements and have state residency. Note: If the client is already receiving SNAP (food stamps), TANF (family employment program), or Medicaid their income qualifies them for the program.
