Application process

The client's physician sends a referral to the agency. The agency will notify the physician whether it has the capacity to accept the client. Services typically begin within 48 hours of acceptance.

Fees

Accepts Medicare, Medicaid, additional insurance plans and private pay. CNS Charitable Care funds may be available to assist as needed.
Trained homemakers go into homes of clients with a limiting illness, disability or other problem, to help with routine household activities including menu planning, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
